Ms. Marshall writes so that you feel totally invested in these people. There’s No Crying In Rock and Roll takes you to some pretty dark places and I feel as lost as Henley does in some of these situations. When your heart and your head don’t agree it can put you down some roads you probably wouldn’t have went to otherwise.
